The restaurant, which is open for lunch Wednesdays to Sundays and dinner Wednesdays to Saturdays, now offers a style of cuisine described by manager Mauricio Moreno as a combination of "smart and casual''.

At Seaglass, diners are the big winners in the changes that began several months ago.

High quality produce guarantees restaurant quality and although portions are more generous, prices are lower than you would expect to pay at a fine dining restaurant.

Mr Moreno said the response to the new menu with its modern Australian cuisine, had been amazing. Wine and beer at Seaglass are served at club prices.
