SUTHERLAND Entertainment Centre is celebrating Christmas in July with an exciting festive dinner, when diners can also look forward to being entertained by a Melbourne musical group, Pot-Pourri.
Their repertoire includes a delicious mix of opera, musical theatre and popular song delivered with a lovely mix of warmth and wit.
Pop-Pourri have enchanted audiences around the world, including Australia, where they have been named Event Entertainers of the Year.
Group members are Tania de Jong, Rebecca Bode, Jon Bode, Jonathan Morton and Rebecca Chambers.
The entertainment centre's Christmas feast, prepared by executive chef Dale Armstrong, begins with a main course of orange and clove glazed leg ham and turkey breast served on oven-roasted root vegetables with fresh thyme, broccoli and cranberry jus.
A traditional Christmas-In-July dessert will be Christmas pudding with brandy custard and cherry caramel.
