HAZELHURST Regional Gallery & Arts Centre at Gymea will celebrate its 12th birthday on Sunday, February 19, with free entertainment and activities.

- 285 exhibitions have been presented in the Community Gallery;
- more than 1700 courses have been provided to 23,000 students;

At the birthday celebrations, there will be music to soothe the soul with the Carrie Lakin Band, roving performers, farm animals, dog tricks performed by Aussie the star labrador retriever, junk jewellery making with Reverse Garbage, a puppet, magic show in the theatrette, face painting, art-making demonstrations and a massive book fair.
And don't forget to pop into the Regional Gallery for ArtExpress, a cutting edge exhibition of outstanding artworks by NSW HSC visual arts students from metropolitan and regional NSW.
The party starts at 10am and goes until 5pm.
