Celebrity chefs, Janelle Bloom and Ed Halmagyi, will make a special guest appearance at the fair to reveal their expert tips and culinary tricks.

Saturday, October 10, at 11am-2pm, Janelle Bloom, regular chef on the hit cooking show Ready Steady Cook and author of Fast, Fresh & Fabulous, will demonstrate how to make meals featured in her book. Janelle will have free tastings for the shoppers.

Saturday, October 17, at 11am-2pm, Ed Halmagyi who is better known as ``Fast Ed'' from Better Homes and Gardens will be stepping up to the hotplate to show shoppers how to create simple yet delicious dishes that even the clumsiest of cooks can make at home. Fast Ed will have free tastings for shoppers.

Thursdays, October 8, 15 and 22, seasoned chefs will give cooking demonstrations and fresh food retailers such as Fish Fair, Deli Fresco and Panetta Fruits will give free tastings and product samplings.
