Police investigate M5 crash

06 Jul, 2009 10:53 AM
Campsie police are investigating the circumstances of a six car smash on the M5.

Four cars collided in eastbound lanes near the King Georges Road overpass, Beverly Hills, on Friday at 7.15pm.

Police said another two cars crashed into the group before two Holdens, a Commodore and Cruze, caught fire.

An Ambulance Service of NSW spokesman said three people were taken to St George Hospital.

Paramedics took a fourth motorist to Bankstown Hospital.

They had all suffered minor injuries.
