Todd Carney breaks his silence

31 Jan, 2012 09:53 AM
A relaxed Todd Carney said he had learnt to turn the other cheek along his controversial career now on the comeback with the Cronulla Sharks.

Sacked from two clubs, Canberra and Sydney Roosters, Carney agreed he would be a target on and off the field.

"The shire has been really good to me and I haven't had too many problems," said Carney who will play in the No.7 jersey on Friday night against Manly.

signing carney is a risk, but a risk the club had to take to get it where it needs to be and that's successful on the field.

i laugh at all these supporters who follow other clubs bagging us for signing him because deep down they would all love him in their first 13.
