PEOPLE with questions about memory loss are invited to visit the Alzheimer's Australia NSW memory van when it visits Kogarah on Monday.
The van is an educational resource that travels across the state to raise awareness about dementia and the importance of brain health.
The aim is to educate and assist people living with dementia, their carers and health professionals.
There will be fact sheets and games to assist memory.
The van's visit to Kogarah Library in Kogarah Town Square from 10am to noon was made possible through the support of Oatley RSL and Community Club.
There are 1600 new cases of dementia diagnosed in Australia each week, with one in three sufferers living in NSW.
