Riding by bicycle along Lady Robinsons beach last Sunday was absolutely delightful for myself and the thousands of other people enjoying the parks and beaches on such a lovely day.
I noticed, however, that there aren't nearly enough bins, taps and - in particular - Safety Warning signs.
Also, to be realistic, the signs should be multi lingual.
It is a reality that there are many with poor English reading skills, and I feel we should not ignore them during their quest to enjoy the Aussie lifestyle.
They, their children and the country have benefited from the transition - let's all help make it smoother. I'm sure they'll feel more comfortable, safe and happy in the long run; and so will we.
