The Australian Classic Scooter Rally brought a kaleidoscope of colour to St George and Sutherland Shire on Saturday, October 5, on its first Sydney ride from Barangaroo in The Rocks to the Royal National Park. Classic scooterists and 'rockers' from the St George collective The Ton Up Boys joined in the 100 km Rumble in Brighton ride which included musters in Brighton-le-Sands, Loftus and Bald Hill.
The rumble wound its way through Bundeena and Audley before returning to the city. The rally was held over three days and took in 200 kms of breathtaking scenery and landmarks in southern Sydney, the eastern suburbs and the city and Ku-ring-gai National Park. Only classic scooters (manual scooters that were generally built in the early 1950s to late 2000s) were allowed to enter.
How was it for you?
