A teenage cyclist was taken to hospital on Saturday night after a collision at Woronora.
Sutherland police said the boy, 16, was riding his bicycle in Prince Edward Park Road when he and a Holden utility, driven by a Barden Ridge man, 19, collided head-on.
The boy was knocked from his bike and witnesses performed first aid until paramedics arrived.
He was taken to St George Hospital with spinal and head injuries.
Police said the boy was not wearing a helmet.
