MORE than 70 people were invited to preview the next stage of 178 waterfront apartments at Woolooware Bay last Thursday night.
Two buildings, Landings and Cove, will include a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments priced from $485,000.
A spokeswoman for the $300 million development said about 50 per cent of the people who attended Thursday's event registered their interest.
The development is a partnership between Bluestone Property Solutions and Sharkies Cronulla Sutherland Leagues Club.
The project plans to deliver 600 architecturally designed apartments, a revitalised Sharkies club and a 17,700 square metre shopping centre.
Sharks' deputy chairman Darren McConnell was also at the event and praised Bluestone's visionary work on the project.
"They've been a great partner to work with and we look forward to that for a number of years to come," he said.
Bluestone general manager Matt Crews said Landings and Cove officially hit the market Monday, March 10.
