APARTMENTS worth more than $80 million changed hands on Saturday at the launch of two more waterfront buildings in the Sharks' development at Woolooware Bay.

Most of the 100 apartments in the Landings and Cove buildings were bought by Sutherland Shire residents, including Channel Nine's Darryl Brohman and Sharks recruit Blake Ayshford.
"This is a development that I really believe in — one that supports the shire and supports the Sharks," said Mr Brohman, who bought a two-bedroom investment property in Cove.
"Providing well-planned apartments, close to the beach and the city and just a short walk to great restaurants and shops, Woolooware Bay fits well with the shire lifestyle.
"I had to be a part of it."
Landings and Cove appear as "winged" architectural structures, designed to optimise sun exposure and ventilation but also ensure stunning views — whether of the water, foreshore, district or landscaped gardens.
Prices in Landings range from $485,000 for a one-bedroom, $700,000 for a two-bedroom and just over $1 million for a three-bedroom apartment.
Cove prices range from $500,000 for a one-bedroom, $705,000 for a two-bedroom and $1.4 million for a three-bedroom unit.
The latest launch follows the exchange of more than $100 million worth of property within eight hours when 226 apartments in buildings Esplanade, Pavilion and Sea were sold in February.
Bluestone managing director Ben Fairfax said the high level of anticipation around the second release reflected rising demand for prime waterfront apartments.

Bluestone hosted a "Meet the Neighbours" buyer event at Sharkies on Sunday, March 30, to give the first purchasers a taste of their new community.
