IT CAN take a while for women who have been out of the workforce to regain their confidence.
The same can be said for older women, who may feel devalued by society or at a loss about how to make the most of their skills.
Nicolene White wants these women to know they are still valued and valuable.
She has created a "reinvent yourself course for women" to be held at Menai Community Centre over four afternoons in April.
"It is helping them see their own abilities and skills and what their purpose is," she said.
"It is looking at their relationships, their talents, their personalities, where they're at, what they want to do."
Ms White, a career counsellor, is passionate about women discovering their worth.
The course also would examine the importance of goal setting and having a plan, and crucially, "age is no barrier", she said.
