Les Bursill
ABORIGINAL knowledge holder on all things Dharawal, Les Bursill, will host a tour of historical treasures in the Royal National Park which tell the Dreaming story of Aboriginal people who lived there thousands of years ago. Journeys into Country will visit three sites, including Jibbon and Warumbul, on May 24. There will be a brief introduction, then the bus will leave outside Loftus station on the Loftus TAFE side at 9am, returning at 3pm.
Dreaming and cultural activities will be discussed at each location. BYO morning tea, water, a hat, long pants and enclosed shoes. Buy lunch at Bundeena RSL.
