THE Royal Easter Show is billed as the time of year when the country comes to the city.
And the Cronulla Easter Show could be billed as the time of year when the Easter Show comes to the beach.
Taking advantage of warm and sunny autumn weather, families flocked to the shire’s own Easter Show in Cronulla Plaza over the Easter long weekend.
As well as its spectacular location, Cronulla’s Easter Show has another advantage over its larger, royal cousin of having free entry.
The kids were kept smiling with carnival rides, sideshow alley stalls, face painting, pony rides and the popular animal farm.
There was a free circus school where children could learn to juggle, walk on stilts or do the hula-hoop.
Entertainment included The Kazoos with singing and dancing and an appearance by the Easter bunny distributing Easter eggs.
Which do you think is better, the Royal Easter Show or the Cronulla Easter Show?
