Cronulla Sharks are hoping to lasso the North Queensland Cowboys tonight, Friday, at Remondis Stadium, Woolooware.
The Sharks enter the match without lock and skipper Paul Gallen, who has damaged biceps.
However, rumours are circulating that Gallen may be a shock late starter, although there has no official word from the Sharks.
The Sharks need a win to get off the NRL competition ladder bottom and the Cowboys have not won a home game this season.
The Sharks are supporting the Rise for Alex Round, which has been designated by the NRL to assist injured Newcastle Knights player Alex McKinnon.
Match kick-off will be 7.40pm.
