ST GEORGE Junior Rugby Football League’s grand finals have been played and won.
Secretary Cathy Crowe said all grand finals in the junior and senior age groups were played on Saturday and Sunday.
The league have St George-only teams competitions from under-sixes to under-12s.
Cathy Crowe said from the under-13s to the Sydney Combined competitions seniors’ age groups, St George are combined with Balmain, Souths, Western Suburbs and Canterbury junior leagues.
‘‘We have 104 teams in the under-6s to under-12s age groups and 1700 registered players in St George competitions,’’ Cathy Crowe said.
‘‘In the 13-years-and-upwards age groups we have 182 teams.’’
Competitions run from April to August .‘‘It’s been a good year for the junior league; we’re happy with our competitions,’’ Crowe said.
