SUTHERLAND PCYC boxers Joshua Fitzpatrick, 14, and Sam Goodman, 15, are becoming masters of the ring.
The pair train at the Sutherland gym three days a week and are also taught at Southside Boxing and Personal Training, Taren Point.
The club is helping shape and develop their talents and skills as boxers, and as people.
The teenagers recently returned from China, training with the PCYC high performance academy.
Last week they flew with the high performance academy team to train for several weeks in Manchester, England.
The two overseas trips will further enhance their boxing development.
Joshua recently won his fourth national title in the Golden Gloves titles in Brisbane, in the 44 kilogram weight class, elite level division.
He has lost only one bout in the past three years.
He has also won three NSW titles and another national title.
Sam won the elite class, 54 kilogram weight category at the Golden Gloves; he has won his last 12 amateur bouts.
Sam has also won a national Golden Gloves title, one national title and three NSW titles.
Sutherland PCYC trainer Sean Fitzpatrick said that Joshua and Sam were "like brothers".
