YOUNG artists are invited to design the official logo for the 2015 Hurstville Council Australia Day Festival.
The competition is open to children in years three to six in the Hurstville local government area.
Kids are encouraged to reflect on what Australia Day means to them when designing the logo.
Along with being used in all of the council's promotional material, the winning design will also be published in advertisements in the Leader.
The winner will receive a $50 voucher, with an additional $100 voucher to be presented to the winner's school.
All entries will be displayed at Hurstville Library throughout January.
Entrants must supply their name, age, address, telephone number, class and their school's name and telephone number.
Entries close on Friday, November 14.
