Police look for quick-change artist after clothes stolen from Southgate Shopping Centre in September

Police said the man visited a shop in the centre on September 9 wearing casual clothes.

He returned wearing a suit and allegedly stole items from the shop. 

He is described as being of middle eastern appearance with a short, small build.
