The Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanderers W-League local derby this Sunday has been switched from Kogarah to Edensor Park.
The playing surface at Jubilee Oval, Kogarah, was inspected and declared unsuitable for the derby.
Football Federation Australia Westfield W-League manager Jo Fernandes said the game would kick off at 3pm at Sydney United Sports Centre, Edensor Park.
The centre’s playing surface is artificial turf.
The game was a designated Sydney FC home fixture and teams had played at Kogarah.
There will be five local players in the derby: skipper Teresa Polias, of Brighton-Le-Sands, and Servet Uzunlar, of Jannali for Sydney FC and Demi Koulizakis, of Monterey, Grace Henry, of Grays Point, and Jordan Baker of Gymea for the Wanderers.
