HIGH school dancers Hannah Pentecost, Kathleen Anderson and Hannah Fulker have taken a huge leap towards success in their early dance careers.
The three students from Bethany College, Hurstville, were nominated for the 2014 HSC Dance Callback.
An annual showcase of outstanding dance performances, Callback recognises talented students from year 12 in NSW.
Hannah Pentecost and Hannah Fulker were nominated in three categories: core performance, composition, major study performance.
Kathleen Anderson of Oyster Bay was nominated for core and major performance.
"Dance is a subject that is fun and exciting; however, it pushes your limits," Kathleen said.
"Through the pain, sweat and tears our goals were reached and we gain the results that we thought were unimaginable.
"This demanding course required persistence, determination and motivation."
Dance has been taught at the school for the past decade.
This is the sixth year that students have received nominations for Callback.
