Improvements costing $255,000 have been made at Kamay Botany Bay National Park, Kurnell, ahead of the World Parks Congress in Sydney next month.
Delegates to the November 12-19 conference will visit the historic area and the Royal National Park.
Environment Minister Rob Stokes and Cronulla MP Mark Speakman inspected the improvements.
The project includes new signage, paths and landscaping for the visitor centre forecourt and upgrades to Burrawang walk and Cape Solander whale watching platform.
More in the Leader next week.
Do you think the historic precinct at Kurnell is being well maintained?
