KOGARAH MP Cherie Burton officially reopened Kogarah Town Centre last weekend.
The site had been subject to an eight-month $25 million renovation in conjunction with a forecourt upgrade at the front entrance.
Retail United director Sean Burnell, who worked on the project with centre owner John Lewis, was delighted with the results.
"Getting Aldi has been a coup and the creation of something unique for the region," Mr Burnell said.
"Having an international retailer commit to the Kogarah Town Centre has been good, but even more importantly, it's giving our customers the ability to enjoy what Aldi has to offer."
