NEW York, Barcelona, a Vogue Mexico cover shoot, now a turn to the tunes.
Quite the high-flying gypsy life, but Sutherland Shire model Cheyenne Tozzi is back home.
Not for long, but here to give Australia a taste of her latest project.
Cheyenne, 23, has branched out into the music scene, and formed a band with guitarist Josh Mullane, 28.
Together they are Van Hoorn, and their debut acoustic single Reach Out has already nudged about 10,000 YouTube hits.
Their sound? Think cruisy, soulful Nashville barnhouse folk. Or Jack White and Lauryn Hill's "baby".
"It's about making a sound we love," Cheyenne said. "Easy-listening, just going with the vibe. I still have my modelling career; this is a separate entity that I'm now taking seriously."
She said being back in the 'burbs was bitter-sweet.
"Primarily we're all still here, but mum's in Spain with me, Tahyna [sister] is in LA producing a play . . . but it's nice to be home and have Nonna's Italian cooking."
Van Hoorn are staying well clear of record labels — for now.
"We want to release our stuff independently," guitarist, Josh, said.
"We'll be developing our first album in August."
His brother, and Cheyenne's boyfriend, Tyson, 23, is also on board as manager.
"We've been great friends since we were kids,'' Tyson said.
