POLICE used a taser to subdue a man who allegedly glassed a woman with a wine bottle at Engadine last night.
The man, 49, was arrested after police found a woman with a deep cut on her forehead at a Tobruk Avenue house.
Officers arrested the man and took him to Sutherland police station where he was charged with reckless wounding, assaulting and resisting a police officer during duty and breaching an AVO.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear at Sutherland Local Court today.
