OUR Lady of Fatima Primary School at Kingsgrove tantalised taste buds following the launch of its new cookbook, Cooking Up a Storm @OLF on Friday, November 14.
The cookbook has 198 recipes and more than 90 full-page photos of home-cooked favourites.
The collaboration of recipes from parents, pupils, teachers and businesses showcase the wide range of cultures within the school community.
Hardcover copies of Cooking Up a Storm @OLF are $35 and profits will go towards the refurbishment of the school's classrooms, principal Anne Colreavy said.
"What better way to savour those memories of [our school] in years to come than to dip into the cookbook and not only prepare a delicious meal but also read the names of those who contributed the recipes and browse through the beautiful photos," she said.
The cookbooks can be ordered through the school. There are discounts for multiple copies.
