IT IS the new rock musical that has everyone talking and it is starring Lyndell Arthur of Sylvania.
In The Island of Doctor Moron, Arthur plays the role of Eddie who is kidnapped by a cannibal and sold off to the evil Doctor Moron — a self-styled scientist on a mission to unleash the beast in all humankind.
The production is a campy twist on an early H.G. Wells story and is on show until December 6 in a custom-built, 250-seat theatre and former cinema on Oxford Street at Paddington.
Boasting an all-star cast of 30 singers dancers and musicians, the music is they key to the production.
It is is being staged five times a week.
