Summer grand finals
NETBALL: St George District Netball Association’s summer grand finals for the juniors and seniors are at 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday, December 9, at the netball courts in West Botany Street, Rockdale. The 2015 winter season starts on Saturday, March 7.
Suns set for dinner
FOOTBALL: Rockdale City Suns will hold the 1984 grand final-winning team reunion dinner at 6.30pm at Ilinden Sports Centre on Saturday, December 13. The event is to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Suns’ 1984 grand final win, 3-2 over Inter Monaro. Pro Am details
GOLF: Cronulla Golf Club’s annual Pro Am for the women’s players was held on Wednesday. The men’s event was held on Thursday. Details: cronullagolf.com.au
Gibbs in Group 6
RUGBY LEAGUE: Former Cronulla Sharks player Bryce Gibbs has signed with Appin Dogs for the 2015 season. Gibbs, 30, announced his retirement in recent days after he started 2015 pre-season training with the Sharks.

GOLF: The Monty Sports Memorial Sports Foundation and Peter Moore Memorial Sports Foundation Golf Day held at Beverley Park Golf Club on Friday raised $7000.
