Puipuimaota Galuvao, 26, who allegedly ran over and killed schoolgirl Aneri Patel at Kogarah on September 15, has had her case adjourned until February 3.
Ms Galuvao was not required to attend her hearing today in Downing Centre Court, Sydney.
Her case was adjourned for mention in February.
It is alleged that Ms Galuvao, of Como, was unlicensed at the time she lost control of a Mitsubishi Challenger 4WD, which hit Ms Patel at a bus stop before injuring two people inside O'Reilly & Daly Chemist in Railway Parade, Kogarah.
Police have charged her with several driving offences including dangerous driving occasioning death and driving without a licence.
