Mystery flash
Recently, at 8.37am, as I was driving north on the Princes Highway and directly in front of St George Private Hospital at precisely 23km/h and keeping up with all the same speed traffic when the speed camera flashed. It is obvious that it was taking a photo of one or more vehicles. I have notified police.
