WE HAVE followed Rychelle Carter's design steps since her days as a fashion student at St George College, so we were pretty excited to hear that she too was joining the next generation of Sutherland Shire designers to turn to a focus on all things bridal.
The Engadine-based designer who established her label Elleque, has branched out with her new label Lovestoned.
Having worked alongside florists, stylists, photographers and models, Rychelle tapped into her black book of social networks and created a fresh collection of muses.
"Lovestoned was created as a source to share inspiration with free-spirited and fashion conscious brides-to-be, and to assist them in finding the industry's best designers," she said.
"I focus on posting images that are centred around bohemian, gypsy, flora and bridal fashion.
"I'm constantly looking for images for inspiration, whether it be on Pinterest or bridal blogs, but I found it was lacking in areas where I wanted to find particular styling, or see bridal looks put together with that bohemian luxe feel while staying feminine and having that hint of traditional bridal."
