Cronulla Sharks Boardriders Club finished 15th on 3362 points after the two-day Original Source Boardriders Battle on Friday and Saturday at North Cronulla.
Paris Whittaker, 16, of Caringbah, won her women’s heat and collected $1000 and 1000 points for her club.
Cronulla Sharks Boardriders Club president Cameron Johnson said the two-day event saw top competitors showcase their skills.
He said the club was proud to host the big event.
Australia’s best surfers put friendships aside and club loyalties first at the event — a major lead-up to the shire's Australia Day events held yesterday.
