A teenage boy remains in St George Hospital after he fell from a cliff at near Wattamolla in Royal National Park and was rescued by helicopter on Saturday.
Police and emergency services went to the Coast Track about 6pm after reports the boy, 17, fell five metres and was unconscious.
They found the injured boy and his father on a rock ledge about a kilometre south of Wattamolla beach.
The NSW Ambulance Service Helicopter took the boy to St George Hospital where he remains sedated in a critical, but stable condition.
He suffered a broken nose and facial lacerations.
