Overcrowding looms

The overdevelopment of the St George area is a major problem because no one is fixing the infrastructure. There will not be enough schools hospital beds ware pipelines — the list goes on.
The council and government are very happy to get the extra rates and taxes but are not doing anything about the future problems.
Think about it for a minute: why does greed always have to win?
