New twist to stabbing incident at Beverly Hills
A teenager has been charged after a stabbing at Beverly Hills in February.
Two men and two women were sitting at an Edgbaston Road bus stop February 1 when a man accused them of whistling at him.
He stabbed one man, 23, in the right shoulder.
Patrolling police arrested the man, 18, nearby.
He was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm; assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of others; and using an offensive weapon with the intent to commit an indictable offence.
Police searched a Beverly Hills home after investigations on Thursday and seized several items.
Police arrested a teenager, 16, on Friday and charged him with common assault, being armed with intent and two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
