Relief for patients
It was heartening to see the story "Boost promised for care centre" (Leader, March 10) about Liberal Health Minister Skinner's promise to support the community $3 million appeal to improve conditions for patients undergoing cancer treatment.
I notice the ALP has also promised to repeal the Liberal government's $180 gap payment on chemotherapy patients.
Aren't elections wonderful?
