CRONULLA'S Chris Heighington plays his 250th NRL career game against the Gold Coast Titans on Saturday at Remondis Stadium.
His career started with Wests Tigers in 2003, before he joined the Sharks in 2013.
The relentless forward rolls up his sleeves and does the "hard yakka" on a footy field.
Heighington is a real tradesman. And he's shifted to prop for this game from the second row.
Fullback Michael Gordon will play his 50th game for the Sharks after starting his career at Penrith.
In other changes to the team, Ben Barba has taken a two-week early guilty plea and Wade Graham — who started his career at Penrith in the No.6 jersey but now plays in the back row — switches five-eighth to replace the suspended Barba.
Barba took the early guilty plea on two match review committee charges coming out of the game against the Melbourne Storm on Saturday.
Barba was charged with a grade one dangerous throw on Storm centre Kurt Mann in the 27th minute of the match, and also grade one dangerous contact on winger Marika Koroibete in the 44th minute, with the combined points tally of 224.
When this is added to 65 carry-over points, it means he will miss the Sharks' next two games against the Titans and Roosters. Barba will also have 89 carry-over points.
Cronulla former Dragons centre or second- rower Jack Bird makes his debut in Sharks colours.
Cronulla-Sutherland Junior Rugby League players and volunteers will be the centrepiece of the Sharks' Round 4 clash with the Gold Coast Titans at Remondis Stadium on Saturday.
The Sharks will also pay tribute to players and volunteers from all 14 Cronulla junior league clubs as part of the PlayNRL celebration of grassroots football.
Former Sharks player and current club membership ambassador Beau Ryan is the face of the NRL's PlayNRL campaign, promoting the numerous health, physical, social and academic benefits which the game offers children.
Junior league players and volunteers will be involved in both pre-match and half-time activities on the field.
Gates open 3pm. Kick-off is 5.30pm.
