Sydney basked in sunny, warm weather on Sunday but today is a different story.
As if Monday mornings aren't difficult enough, the sky started to darken about 9.30am and then the downpour hit about 10.30am.
Motorists heading south on Tom Uglys Bridge had to slow down to see through the heavy rain.
The Bureau of Meteorology's forecast is for a top temperature of 26 degrees with showers and storms. The Bureau also forecasts rain for Tuesday.
