SOUTHERN Districts tackle one of their toughest rivals, Sydney Uni, at 3pm on Saturday at Forshaw Park, Sylvania Waters.
It is Back To Souths Day and the club's Ladies' Day.
The game is a replay of last year's preliminary final when Rebels five-eighth Ben Volavola landed a 40-metre penalty goal to take his side to a grand final and eliminate Sydney Uni in the thrilling 27-25 win.
Regular captain Jed Holloway has been drafted into the NSW Waratahs.
Rebels coach Matt Barr said no decision on the captain would be made until game day.
"The coaching staff was pleased with the win against Easts, especially the first half," Barr said.
"We will need to play with greater focus and consistently for longer periods if we are to win this week against Sydney University.
"Uni will be a big test to see where we are at as a team. We need to play to our structures and build our own pressure by controlling possession and territory."
