HOSTS and guests of a television morning talk show now have their own barista — Connells Point businessman Damien Galea.
He now mans a custom-made coffee kiosk on the Studio 10 set at Channel Ten where he applies his skills Monday to Friday.
Studio 10 is a morning weekday show presented by Ita Buttrose, Joe Hildebrand, Sarah Harris and Jessica Rowe.
Mr Galea has owned two Gloria Jean's Coffees franchises during the past 11 years, the first at Roselands and now Southgate, Sylvania.
Studio 10's executive producer, Rob McKnight, said the show was always thinking of fresh ways to engage with guests and audiences.
"This is why we've invited a Gloria Jean's Coffees barista to become a regular part of the Studio 10 team," Mr McKnight said.
The Gloria Jean's coffee kiosk is next to the studio doors on the left-hand side of the Studio 10 set.
