CONNIE Fotinopoulos admits she simply does not have enough hours in the day for her work and hectic lifestyle.
She has worked seven days a week for the past 14 years as the owner of Kyle Bay hairdressing salon, Cheveux Artistry.
The salon's motto is "Where hair is fashion".
Ms Fotinopoulos, of Connells Point, is known in the industry for having the "Midas touch". When she is not weaving her skills and mentoring her staff, she can be seen styling at the Channel 9 studios.
Away from Channel Nine, other celebrities she looks after include actor Ada Nicodemou from Home and Away; Clair Hooper from 106.5, Today FM's Rosso, X-Factor winner, Damien Leith, Diana Rouvas from The Voice, and comedian and performer Mary Coustas.
Ms Fotinopoulos, who grew up at Kogarah, knew from an early age that her passion was hairdressing. She received her formal training at Pivot Point, one of the global leaders of international training in hairdressing.
The mother of three has travelled the world and worked in Greece, advancing her hairdressing skills.
She entered various hair competitions for Wella and Sebastian International to hone her skills as a colour technician.
"I ventured into freelance hairdressing and bridal events on the weekends," she said.
"Then with the love and support of my family, I opened Cheveux Artistry.
"My belief is to give my clients 100 per cent. I work with every client to make sure they leave my salon satisfied and feeling great.
"This is the most rewarding part of the job.
"We strive to create a warm, friendly environment, a home away from home, where the client feels welcome.
