St George Illawarra duo Trent Merrin and Josh Dugan will make their international debuts for the Australian rugby league team in the Test match against New Zealand on Friday night in Brisbane.
Dugan has been named on the wing, although he has played for NSW in State of Origin at fullback and centre. They are among four debutants in the Kangaroos squad.
Merrin has been named on the interchange bench in the forwards and has played for NSW at State of Origin level.
Even though Merrin has signed to join Penrith for the next three years from 2016 he has been in rousing form this season as the Dragons have marched to second place on the NRL table with six straight wins.
Cronulla's Luke Lewis has been on the interchange bench for Australia and can cover positions in the forwards and the backs.
