The Rebels have won their last two games on the trot including last weekend's thrilling 32-31 win over Northern Suburbs.
As well as Holloway, coach Matt Barr has also brought Max Holland, Willie Maumalanga, Fili Tufui and Paul Asquith into his team for the round nine clash.
Luke Smart and Albert Hemopo have been named in second grade while Brandon Paenga-Amosa and Cameron Betham are also out. Richie Williams has shifted to the wing from fullback.
The Rebels will be confident of making it three wins in a row against the Galloping Greens at Coogee Oval with Randwick looking to bounce back from their 34-3 hammering at the hands of Manly last week.
