A woman has pleaded guilty to hitting and killing schoolgirl Aneri Patel last September at Kogarah.
Police allege that Puipuimaota Galuvao, then 26, of Como, was unlicensed when she lost control of a Mitsubishi Challenger 4WD which mounted the Railway Parade footpath, hit Ms Patel waiting at a bus stop and injured two people inside O’Reilly & Daly Chemist
Ms Galuvao was charged with several driving offences including dangerous driving occasioning death and driving without a licence.
She pleaded guilty to two charges including dangerous driving occasioning death and dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm when she appeared in Downing Centre Court on Tuesday, May 19.
The case is due for mention on Wednesday, May 27.
