Aaron Homann,of Bexley, is one of several balll boys selected for the NSW State of Origin team when they tackle Queensland in the opening game of the 2015 series on Wednesday night at ANZ Stadium.
He will be there dressed in his blue coloured NSW ball bear gear and on the sideline close to the action.
Aaron, 13, was given the good news on the telephone by the secretary of the St George Junior Rugby Football League Inc, Cathy Crowe.
Aaron played league with Penshurst RSL until he was 12.
He plays Oztag at Scarborough Park, and this year represented the St George under-14s team at the State Cup in Coffs Harbour.
Aaron is a year 8 student at Marist College Kogarah.
His ball boying days started at Penshurst RSL and for the past three years has been a ball boy with the St George Harold Mattews Cup under-16s and Dragons SG Ball Cup under-18s teams.
His proud parents, Paul and Melissa, said Aaron feels extremely privileged and excited to have been chosen as one of the ball boys for NSW on Wednesday night.
