Mystery: Police investigate how man's foot was shot
Miranda police are investigating how a man with a gunshot wound to his foot came to be injured.
Police were called by Sutherland Hospital staff after the man, 42, arrived at the hospital at 8.25am Wednesday.
He had a foot wound, a fractured cheekbone and rib injuries.
Police believe he was injured during an incident at the intersection of Corea Street and Juniper Place at Sylvania in the early hours of this morning.
