Hand in lost bracelet
Recently my daughter lost a gold ball bracelet in the Southgate Shopping Centre vicinity.
The bracelet has not been handed in by whoever found it. The honest and decent thing for anybody to do is to hand in lost property and to respect the property of others — this bracelet means a lot to my daughter.
It amazes me that people can wear found jewellery and not feel a sense of shame and guilt every time they look at it.
Should the person who found it have any decency, honesty and respect for someone else's property they would take it to the Southgate Centre management office. Do the right thing and return it.
