IT IS one of the fiercest derbies in the NRL — St George Illawarra against Cronulla. And it’s on this weekend.
The 35th meeting between the Dragons and the Sharks will take place at Kogarah’s Jubilee Oval on Sunday afternoon.
The teams will again play for the Monty Porter Memorial Trophy, in honour of the late St George player and Cronulla secretary.
St George Illawarra, flying high in third place, will look to continue their fine start to the season, while Cronulla need to build on their epic golden point win over the Titans a fortnight ago.
The Dragons won both meetings between the teams last season, including a 30-0 thrashing in Wollongong.
