Police released CCTV footage as part of their inquiries into the alleged assault and robbery of an intellectually disabled man at Bexley North this week.
On Wednesday morning, a man, 23, boarded a train at Campbelltown station, headed for Bexley North.
At about 10.30am, a male passenger followed him as he left the station, forced him into Caldwell Lane and pushed him to the ground.
The disabled man was dragged along Shaw Street toward the intersection of Bexley Road, but managed to break free and run into a nearby pharmacy.
The man tried to drag him back outside, but staff intervened.
He was last seen boarding the train at Bexley North.
He was described as Caucasian, in his mid-20s, with short dark hair, a moustache, medium build and wearing black track pants and a black hooded-jumper.
The victim was shaken but uninjured.
